“We stayed there last year for Christmas and we loved it. AMAZING customer service and if ANY issues come up the owner is very fast in fixing things and making it right. Its a small business and they run it like your family. The place was warm, location perfect and very well upkept. We stayed at a florida home this year and the kids were saying how much they loved the house we stayed in in Gatlinburg so much more that its the best home we stayed in so far for Vacation. I hope to stay again because of service how clean it was and the location. There were no issues except the hot tube could use a newer one.”
